The Democratic Republic of Congo was our first market, and today we are deepening that commitment
with a world-class pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Kinshasa.
Through Laboratoire Shalina République Démocratique du Congo (LSRDC), we are investing USD 25 million in a new
30,000 sqm greenfield facility within the Arise Kin-Malebo SEZ.
The state-of-the-art plant will manufacture over 1 billion tablets, 600 million capsules, and 20 million syrup bottles annually,
bringing trusted brands such as Amidol, Ibucap, Anaflam, Tanzol and Hemoforce closer to patients.
The facility will strengthen local manufacturing, create skilled employment, and include a dedicated training institute
to build a highly qualified local workforce to international standards.
