The other ingredients are Sodium Carbonate Anydrous BP, Saccharine Sodium BP.

Dosage:
Dissolve the powder in a glass of water before taking it.
Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 5g (one sachet) in a glass of water. A second dose may be taken after 2-3 hours if necessary.
The elderly can take the adult dose. Do not take more than six sachets in 24 hours. If you take more amount of Relax than you should contact your health care provider immediately and say exactly how much you have taken.
Your health care provider will advise you what to do. It is important to contact your health care provider even if you feel well.
