Composition:

Each 10ml contains: Salbutamol 2mg, Bromhexine Hydrochloride BP 4mg, Guaifenesin USP 100mg, Menthol BP 1mg. 

Indications:

Bronchial Asthma, Emphysema, Acute and Chronic Bronchitis, and other broncho-spastic conditions associated with mucus secretion. 

Dosage:

Adults and pediatric patients over 12 years of age: The usual starting dose is 1 tablespoon three times a day. If a favorable response does not occur, dose can be increased on the advice of the doctor.  

Pediatric patients 6 to 12 years of age: The usual starting dose is 1 teaspoonful three times a day. If a favorable response does not occur, dose can be increased on the advice of the doctor.  

Pediatric patients 2 to 6 years of age: Dosing should be initiated at Salbutamol 0.1 mg/kg of body weight three times a day. The starting dosage should not exceed 2mg of Salbutamol three times a day. If a favorable response does not occur, dose can be increased on the advice of the doctor. 

Side Effects:

Nervousness, shakiness, tremor, headache, dizziness, excitement, sleeplessness, dilated pupils, weakness, nausea, unusual taste, vertigo, and vomiting.
