Last evening, we celebrated them.
The 5th edition of the Global Shalina Stars brought our leadership team together to honour the people who turn our purpose into something real: 14 individual category winners, our Best Leader, and our Country of the Year.
These are the colleagues who bring our purpose to life, one patient at a time. Who solve the hard problems quietly. Who carry Shalina Healthcare’s mission in the everyday choices no one sees.
But the real story of the night was the room itself. Different countries, different roles, different languages, one family.
To every Shalina Star, and to everyone who makes this company what it is, thank you.
