Breaking Ground in the DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo) A New Era for Affordable Healthcare in Africa!

We are excited to announce the groundbreaking of our new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Kinshasa, DRC!

This marks a monumental step in Shalina Healthcare’s ongoing commitment to delivering affordable, high-quality medicines to local communities across Africa.

With a state-of-the-art facility in the Kin Malebo, Zone économique spéciale, we are dedicated to meeting the growing healthcare needs of DRC and beyond.

This facility will manufacture over 1 billion tablets, 600 million capsules, and 20 million syrup bottles, bringing trusted brands such as Amidol, Ibucap, Anaflam, Tanzol and Hemoforce closer to patients.

The groundbreaking ceremony, held on 16 March 2026, was graced by Mr. Christian Ntumba Ngoy, DG , ACOREP, as Chief Guest, the Mayors, representatives from the Ministry of Health, Directors General from key government bodies,, reflecting strong government support.

Our Jejuri factory was audited and approved by Food & Drugs Authority, Ghana in 2009. Our initial operations in Ghana were limited to an import and re-export hub in Tema Free Trade Zone to service Ghana and other West African Countries.
