Eligibility and Application

1. To apply for the contest, you must be at least 16 (sixteen) years of age on 30th December 2024.
2. You must have the right to live and work in Nigeria.
3. Shalina Healthcare employees and paid Influencers are not eligible to win the prizes with videos or images paid for by Shalina Healthcare.
4. When requested by the organizing team, you must disclose details of any criminal convictions and/or unspent convictions other than driving offenses that have not resulted in a ban or a more serious sentence.
5. You must notify the organizing team immediately if any criminal charges have been brought or are threatened to be brought against you.

Submission and Content Guidelines

1. In your entry, you must use the Polygel Dual. The video must remain visible throughout the competition.
2. All hashtags, including personal hashtags and social handles, need to be submitted with each entry, or they won’t be counted. These include:
   • #MaximizeEveryMoment
   • Following all the required accounts, such as @shalina_healthcare on Instagram and @shalinahealth on Facebook.
3. Including a bottle of Polygel Dual in your reel entry will improve your chances of winning.
4. During the competition, all submissions are considered to be the property of Shalina Healthcare and may be used as paid advertising to promote the competition and encourage viewers to like and share entries.
5. The video/image rights to winning submissions will be returned to contestants one month after the awards ceremony.
6. Nominees and nominators must not post any content (e.g., blogs, discussions, videos) that may be considered inappropriate or harmful to the reputation of Shalina Healthcare. Violators may be silenced and permanently banned after repeated transgressions.

Prizes and Winners

1. Prizes consist of cash rewards.
2. Winners will be decided by a panel of judges as specified in the competition announcement.
3. Weekly winners will be announced and promoted on Shalina Healthcare’s Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok handles.
4. All winners must share confirmation of their prize money as a story on their Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok handles.
5. Judging criteria include originality, creativity, number of likes, shares, comments, and use of the Polygel Dual
6. Weekly polls in our stories may allow audience involvement in selecting winners, contributing one-third of the final decision.
7. The grand prize is NOT transferable.
8. Shalina Healthcare reserves the right to revoke the prize if the terms are not met satisfactorily.

Rights and Data Protection

1. By submitting your data for this competition, you consent to Shalina Healthcare collecting and processing your data.
2. All personal data will be handled confidentially and may be stored or processed by Shalina Healthcare.
3. Shalina Healthcare will not disclose your personal data to third parties, except for data processing purposes.

General Terms

1. No person can win two weekly prizes in the same competition.
2. Participants suspected of buying fake engagements will be immediately disqualified.
3. The Application Terms and Conditions may be amended, revised, or changed at any time at the Producer’s sole discretion.
