COMPETITION RULES​

Essence of Ibucap campaign
  • We are inviting entrants to make a short video that reflect their pride in Nigeria, leading up and through Independence day.
  • The  main rule is you must display any Ibucap product in your video (except Ibucap forte) and proudly carry your Nigerian flag on you or have it somewhere in  the video.
  • This is all about love for your country and we are looking for images and/or short videos that are high quality, original, passionate and creative. Videos will take preference over images.
  • Each week we will give you ideas but you can do pretty much anything from dancing to singing to cooking, to art and poetry, or flash mobs and fashion.
  • Each week 30 people will win a prize, chosen by Shalina healthcare, of 20 000 Naira. The first 15 submission get a bonus of 5 000 Naira, so make sure you get your entry in quickly!
  • As an added extra, one person will receive 25 000 Naira for having the most friends tagged in their posts, so make sure you tag your friends.
  • We will run a four-week campaign, ending with a week of public voting.
  • You must use the #AlwaysWithYou and #Ibucap tag and tag @shalina_healthcare.
  • There will also be three grand prizes of 1,8 million Naira in total! The first place winner gets a cool million Naira.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Duration: The competition will run for a period of 4 weeks.
  • Selection of Winners: Each week, thirty winners will be selected.
  • Announcement: Winners will be announced every Monday.
  • Promotion: Weekly winners will be featured and promoted on Shalina’s Instagram and Facebook handles.
  • Winner’s Obligation: All winners must fill out the submission form to guarantee payment within 10 days and must share confirmation of their prize by posting a story on their Instagram and Facebook handles.
  • Intellectual Property: Throughout the competition, all submissions become the property of Shalina Healthcare indefinitely. Submissions may be used for paid advertising to promote the competition and engage the audience.
  • Social Media Requirement: Winners are required to follow @shalina_healthcare on Instagram and use the competition hashtags. 
  • Data Consent: By participating in the competition, you consent to Shalina Healthcare collecting and processing your data.
  • Prize Revocation: Shalina Healthcare reserves the right to revoke the prize if the terms and conditions are not satisfactorily met.
  • Extension: The contest may be extended by up to one week in response to positive engagement.
Prizes and Winners:
  • There will be 30 winners per week for 4 weeks. Winners must complete the winners form in order to be counted.
  • Weekly winners are to be announced and promoted on Shalina’s Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok handles.
  • All winners are to share confirmation of their prize money as a story on their Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok handles.
  • Winners will be paid on a weekly basis via Moneygram or other distributors, but payment may take up to ten days depending on banks due to large volume of winners.
  • Prizes are NOT transferable.
  • Shalina Healthcare reserves the right to revoke the prize if the terms are not met satisfactorily.

  • By submitting your data for this competition, you give consent to Shalina Healthcare, to collect and process your data.
  • All personal data will be handled with confidentiality. This may be stored and processed by Shalina Healthcare.
  • Shalina Healthcare shall not disclose your personal data to third parties, except for data processing.
