Composition:

Each 5ml contains: Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide BP 10mg, Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride BP 14mg, Levomenthol BP 1.1mg.

Indications:

For the relief of persistent, dry, irritating cough

Dosage:

Adults and children above 12 years: 10 ml three times a day. Maximum daily dose: 30 ml

Children 6 to 12 years: 5 ml three times a daily. Maximum dose 15 ml.

Side Effects:

Somnolence, dizziness, headache, paradoxical drug reactions, psychomotor hyperactivity, blurred vision, dry throat, increased viscosity of bronchial secretion, dry mouth, urinary retention, and asthenia.
