25X6 Tablets, 1 Tablet

Composition:

Each tablet contains 100mg Mebendazole

Each chewable tablet contains 500mg Mebendazole

Indications:

Treatment of intestinal worms i.e., roundworm, whipworm, pinworm, tapeworm, and hookworm.

Dosage:

Wormex 100mg tablet

Adult and children above 2 years: Pinworm: 1 tablet as single dose
Whipworm, roundworm, and hookworm: 1 tablet in the morning and the evening for 3 consecutive days.

Wormex 500mg chewable tablet

Adult and children above 2 years: 1 tablet given as single dose. A second dose should be given after 3 – 4 weeks of the first dose to those patients who are still infested.

Side Effects:

Abdominal pain, diarrhea, convulsions, neutropenia, agranulocytes.
