Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains Amlodipine Besylate USP equivalent to Amlodipine 5mg/10mg

Indications:

Indicated in the treatment of:

1. Hypertension

2. Chronic Stable Angina

3. Vasospastic Angina (Prinzmetal’s Angina)

Dosage:

It should be adjusted as per each patient’s need. Start with 5mg once daily with maximum 10mg once daily. Titration should proceed over 7-14 days so to access the response to each dose level.

Side Effects:

Bradycardia, Chest pain, Hypotension
