Terms & Conditions
- Must be at least 16 years of age by 31st December 2024.
- Must have the legal right to live and work in Ethiopia.
- Employees of Shalina Healthcare and paid influencers are ineligible to win if their entry is funded by Shalina Healthcare.
- Disclosure of any criminal convictions (excluding minor driving offenses) may be required by the organizing team. Immediate notification is required if criminal charges are brought or threatened.
- Use the Monalisa filter ‘My MonaLisa Moment’ from @Shalina_consumer_ethiopia on Instagram and post as a reel or video that remains visible throughout the competition.
- Include all required hashtags and follow @Shalina_consumer_ethiopia. Missing any required hashtags or social handles will disqualify the entry.
- Including Monalisa products in the reel may improve your chances of winning.
- All submissions are considered property of Shalina Healthcare for use in competition promotions and advertising.
- Prizes include data, product hampers, cash prizes, and two phones.
Breakdown of Prizes:
1st Prize : Weekly 1 cash prize of 5000 Birr – each every week
2nd Prize Weekly 2 winners of 1400 Birr TalkTime – each every week
3rd Prize: Weekly 3 winners of Monalisa product hampers (worth not more than 900 Birr each) – each every week.
- Winners are chosen by a panel of judges or as specified in the competition announcement.
- Weekly winners will be promoted on Shalina’s Instagram and Facebook.
- Winners must share prize confirmation on their Instagram and Facebook stories.
- Judging criteria include originality, creativity, engagement (likes, shares, comments), and the use of the Monalisa AR Filter.
- Weekly polls on social media may count as one-third of the final decision.
- Grand prizes are non-transferable, and Shalina Healthcare reserves the right to revoke prizes if terms are not met.
- By participating, you consent to Shalina Healthcare collecting and processing your data.
- All personal data will be handled with confidentiality and may be stored and processed by Shalina Healthcare.
- Participants suspected of purchasing fake engagements will be disqualified.
- The competition’s terms and conditions may be amended at Shalina Healthcare’s discretion.
- Shalina Healthcare reserves the right to disqualify participants under unforeseen circumstances.
