COMPETITION RULES

Eligibility and Application:
- To apply for the contest, you must be at least 16 (sixteen) years of age on 30th February 2024.
- You must have the right to live and work in Nigeria.
- Shalina Healthcare employees and paid Influencers are not eligible to win the prizes with the video or image paid for by Shalina Healthcare.
- When requested by the organizing team, you must disclose details of any criminal convictions and/or unspent convictions other than driving offenses that have not resulted in a ban or a more serious sentence. You shall notify the organizing team immediately if any criminal charges have been brought or are threatened to be brought against you.
Submission and Content Guidelines:
- In your entry you must use the Polygel Dual filter named ‘Polygel’ and upload this as a reel or video to your social media profile. The video should be visible throughout the competition.
- All hashtags, including personal hashtags and social handles, need to be submitted with each entry or they won’t be counted. These include #MaximizeEveryMoment, and following all the right accounts, @shalina_healthcare on Instagram, @shalinahealth on facebook.
- Including a bottle of Polygel Dual in your reel entry will improve your chances of winning.
- During the competition, all submissions are considered to be the property of Shalina Healthcare and will be used as paid advertising to spread the news of the competition as well as to encourage viewers to like and share the best submissions.
- The video/image rights to winning submissions will be awarded back to contenders one month after the awards ceremony.
- Nominees and Nominators shall not post any content whether blog, discussion, video, or other material that may be considered inappropriate or negatively affect the reputation of Shalina Healthcare. You will be silenced and then permanently banned for more transgressions.
Prizes and Winners:
- There will be data, product hampers and cash prizes up for grabs.
- The winners will be decided by a panel of judges and/or however specified in the competition announcement.
- Weekly winners to be announced and promoted on Monalisa’s Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok handles.
- All winners are to share confirmation of their prize money as a story on their Instagram, Facebook, or Tik Tok handles
- Judges choose the winners, but the decision is influenced by originality, creativity, number of likes, shares, comments, and the use of the Polygel Gaming Filter.
- We may additionally hold weekly polls in our stories so that everyone can get involved in choosing winners. This counts for one-third of our final decision.
- Grand prize is NOT transferable.
- Shalina Healthcare reserves the right to revoke the prize if the terms are not met satisfactorily.
Rights and Data Protection:
- By submitting your data for this competition, you give consent to Shalina Healthcare, to collect and process your data.
- All personal data will be handled with confidentiality. This may be stored and processed by Shalina Healthcare.
- Shalina Healthcare shall not disclose your personal data to third parties, except for data processing.
General Terms:
- No person can win 2 weekly prizes in the same competition.
- Players suspected of buying fake engagements will be immediately disqualified.
- The Application Terms and Conditions may be amended, revised, or changed at any time and in any fashion in the Producer’s sole discretion
