Terms and Conditions

  • The competition runs from 20/11/2021 to 17/12/2021 – any training video submission outside of this period will not be reviewed.
  • Cash Prize Winners will be announced weekly on  Sunday. Applications close every Friday at 6pm. Submissions after this close off will be counted in the next week.
  • You must have the right to live and work in DRC.
  • When requested by the organizing team, you must disclose details of any criminal convictions and/or unspent convictions other than driving offences which have not resulted in a ban or a more serious sentence. You shall notify the organizing team immediately if there are any criminal charges which have been brought or are threatened to be brought against you.
  • Winners will be announced every week on our social media handles. Every single entrant will get one Leopard T-Shirt. Cash Prizes will be awarded every week and T-Shirts will be given after completion of the activity.
  • If you have won a T-shirt, you cannot win twice, but if you want to submit another video for a cash prize, you are welcome. Only one cash prize per entrant.
  • All prizes can only be collected in person, or by a family member with appropriate valid identification in case of unavailability.
  • After winners are announced they will be shared on the Shalina Instagram page as well as this website.
  • Grand Prizes will only be awarded at the actual prize ceremony at the end of the competition.
  • During the course of the competition, all submissions are considered to be the property of Shalina Healthcare and will be used as paid advertising to spread news of the competitions as well as to encourage viewers to like and share the best submissions.
  • The rights to winning submissions will be awarded back to contenders one month after the awards ceremony.
  • All hashtags, including personal hashtags and social handles, need to be submitted with each entry or they won’t be counted. These include #LeopardChallenge and #WinOverPain.
  • Winners must be followers of the @ shalinahealthcarefr instagram handle, as well as the Facebook @shalinahealthcarefr handle.
  • The winners are chosen by judges but the decision is influenced by originality, creativity,  views received during the competition, along with number of likes, shares, comments and the use of the Shalina packaging in the video. If you choose to use our background jingle, available in reels or on the competition page, you will earn extra points.
  • The Application Terms and Conditions may be amended, revised or changed at any time and in any fashion in the Producer’s sole discretion.
  • By submitting your data for this competition, you give consent to Shalina healthcare, to collect and process your data.
  • Shalina Healthcare reserves the right to disqualify in unforeseen circumstances.
  • Candidates will be selected by a panel based on aforementioned criteria.
  • Shalina Healthcare employees and paid Influencers are not eligible to win the prizes.
  • All personal data will be handled with confidentiality. This may be stored and processed by Shalina Healthcare.
  • Shalina Healthcare shall not disclose your personal data to third parties, except for data processing.
  • Shalina Healthcare reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time.
  • Nominees and Nominators shall not post any content whether blog, discussion, video or other material that may be considered inappropriate or negatively affect the reputation of Shalina Healthcare.
  • Grand prize is NOT transferable.
  • Shalina Healthcare reserves the right to revoke the prize if the terms are not met satisfactorily.
