Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility and Application:

- To apply for the contest, you must be at least 16 (sixteen) years of age on 30th August 2023.
- You must have the right to live and work in Nigeria.
- Shalina Healthcare employees and paid Influencers are not eligible to win the prizes with the video paid for by Shalina Healthcare.
- When requested by the organizing team, you must disclose details of any criminal convictions and/or unspent convictions other than driving offenses that have not resulted in a ban or a more serious sentence. You shall notify the organizing team immediately if any criminal charges have been brought or are threatened to be brought against you.
- Submission and Content Guidelines:

- During the competition, all submissions are considered to be the property of Shalina Healthcare and will be used as paid advertising to spread the news of the competition as well as to encourage viewers to like and share the best submissions.
- The video/image rights to winning submissions will be awarded back to contenders one month after the awards ceremony.
- All hashtags, including personal hashtags and social handles, need to be submitted with each entry or they won’t be counted. These include #ShalArtemIdanChallenge, #Idandoes3things, and following all the right accounts.
- Nominees and Nominators shall not post any content whether blog, discussion, video, or other material that may be considered inappropriate or negatively affect the reputation of Shalina Healthcare. You will be silenced and then permanently banned for more transgressions.
- Prizes and Winners:

- There will be 10 winners per week for 4 weeks and 3 final prize winners chosen from the weekly winners.
- The first 5 people to enter each week will get at least 1GB of data or Voice Time equivalent.
- Weekly winners to be announced and promoted on Shalina’s Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok handles.
- All winners are to share confirmation of their prize money as a story on their Instagram, Facebook, or Tik Tok handles.
- Winners will be paid on a weekly basis but may take up to seven days depending on banks and your swift communication.
- From those weekly winners, 3 grand prize winners will be chosen at the end of the 5th week of the campaign. The final cash prizes will be paid after the Grand winner announcement and at the final ceremony. Those that cannot attend will be wired their prize. Weekly finalists may also be given golden tickets to attend.
- Judges choose the winners, but the decision is influenced by originality, creativity, number of likes, shares, comments, and the use of the Shal’ Artem packaging in the video.
- We may additionally hold weekly polls in our stories so that everyone can get involved in choosing winners. This counts for one-third of our final decision.
- Grand prize is NOT transferable.
- Shalina Healthcare reserves the right to revoke the prize if the terms are not met satisfactorily.
- Rights and Data Protection:

- By submitting your data for this competition, you give consent to Shalina Healthcare, to collect and process your data.
- All personal data will be handled with confidentiality. This may be stored and processed by Shalina Healthcare.
- Shalina Healthcare shall not disclose your personal data to third parties, except for data processing.
- General Terms:

- Top weekly winners will be celebrated at the Shalina office and meet BrodaShaggi.
- Winners must follow @Shalina_Healthcare Instagram handle, as well as on Facebook( @shalinahealth) and Tik Tok (@shalinahealthcare).
- Candidates will be selected by a panel based on the aforementioned criteria.
- Players suspected of buying fake engagements will be immediately disqualified.
- The Application Terms and Conditions may be amended, revised, or changed at any time and in any fashion in the Producer’s sole discretion.
- Shalina Healthcare reserves the right to disqualify in unforeseen circumstances.
- Shalina Healthcare reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time.
