Shalina opened its eighth and ninth depots in DRC.
One depot was opened in the province of Bas Congo (western DRC). The inauguration ceremony was attended by Honourable Vice Governor of Bas Congo Province, Mr Atou Matubuana Nkuluki, along with other government dignitaries. This Shalina depot will help provide quality medicines to the people of Matadi and nearby villages of Banana, Boma, Mouanda, Tschela and Kimpese.
Another depot was opened in Butembo, in North East DRC. This depot will help further Shalina’s reach in this area of Congo, along with our existing depots in North East in Goma and Bukavu. Butembo is also important for fighting Counterfeiters, who were put on notice. Legal and police action was initiated against such counterfeiters.
